Adam Rudnicki

Lead Frontend Engineer GdaƄsk, Poland

I got my first job because I could look at a design and put it on the screen with obsessive precision. Designers trusted me because I cared about the details they assumed engineers would skip. Ten years later, that precision is still there - I just apply it to architecture instead of pixels.

I use AI in my daily work - not as a novelty, but to find where manual effort can be replaced and build real workflows around it. I keep up with how this space moves because it's already changing how I build things, and that's only going to accelerate.

I've always worked closely with designers and product, not just engineers. I'd rather hear why my approach won't work early than find out later. I enjoy mentoring too - helping someone get better at what they do is one of the more rewarding parts of this job.

When I'm not in code, I'm usually somewhere with a fishing rod - I liked it enough to start building a side project around it. I play guitar, travel as often as I can, and spend more time in the kitchen than most people would expect.
